Description
El Pollo Loco stepped out of their comfort zone on this project, and couldn’t be happier. Traditionally, El Pollo Loco had a very “happy” and “playful” brand, but recent changes to their brand structure has lead to a new look and feel. They have transitioned into a more “modern” and “sophisticated” look and feel. This video needed to match that.
The biggest value EPL is pushing is customer services and making sure the customer feels loved and cared about. The goal of this video was to inspire employees to go the extra mile with the customer and show exceptional customer service. We needed to make this video inspiring, yet still train the employee on practical customer service application.
